Modernizing Brands. Aligning Teams. Turning Strategy into Action.

For values-driven brands that serve lifestyle, women’s health and the built environment.
And non-profit organizations putting good out into the world.

Molly McDermott Walsh is a bold, commercially minded marketing leader and brand strategist with nearly twenty years of experience transforming heritage and design brands.

As the founder of Three Lines Consulting, she partners with values-driven companies to build, scale, and modernize brands while empowering radical alignment across teams.

Known for her ability to modernize without breaking, Molly works with startups, manufacturers, and nonprofits going omnichannel, offering a system-based approach to brand strategy, creative marketing, and organizational infrastructure. She’s a changemaker and thoughtful risk-taker, helping good people build good brands.

Molly’s reputation for collaborative leadership and clear, strategic thinking has led many former colleagues, employees, and creative partners to work with her again and again. She fosters trust, alignment, and momentum—bringing the right people together to turn strategy into action.

With a track record of creating brand partnerships valued at over $10 million, leading DTC relaunches with triple-digit sales growth, and driving global media impact, Molly’s expertise spans luxury, design, and lifestyle. She has led strategic growth for brands such as PANTONE, Farrow & Ball, Thibaut Wallpaper, Zenith Swiss Watch/LVMH, and Hudson Valley Lighting Group, in addition to advising startups like HONEY Postpartum and nonprofits like The Chamber of Mothers.

Beyond her work, Molly is a devoted mother, sister, wife, and advocate for women in business. She finds joy in hiking with her family, training her Belgian Malinois, Augustus, and restoring her 130-year-old Colonial home - layering history with modernity, just as she does in her work.
