Founded by Molly McDermott Walsh, a change-maker and thoughtful risk-taker, Molly is motivated to make a difference in the world, helping good people do good things. With a focus on what she calls “the 4Ps” (people, purpose, product and profit), Molly aims for alignment and impact, guiding companies through change while owning, tracking and implementing process and accountability.
