Three Lines Consulting is a creative consultancy that focuses on building, scaling and modernizing customer touch-points for bold companies while developing marketing leaders committed to positive growth. Founded by Molly McDermott Walsh, a change-maker and thoughtful risk-taker, Molly is motivated to make a difference in the world, helping good people do good things. With a focus on what she calls “the 4Ps” (people, purpose, product and profit), Molly aims for alignment and impact, guiding companies through change while owning, tracking and implementing process and accountability.
We work in three ways: A project-based strategy with a workshop handoff, a three-month retainer to guide and collaborate with your team, or a six-month+ engagement where we bring in top external talent to manage execution alongside internal resources.
